Individual Cuts & Items

Whether you know exactly what you want, need something specific for this weekend, or want to try specific cuts before committing to a larger order these per piece items are here by popular demand.  Please be patient with us as this is a lot more to keep up with updating inventory and price changes.

Ranch Raised Beef vs. Industrial Beef

Our cattle are raised the way they were decades and decades ago, as nature intended—out on open pasture their entire lives. (Of course we take them in during the winter, during which time they still are fed healthy nutritious supplemental grasses.) Long before the modern Industrial beef system where in some cases over 10% of beef is not even from the USA.
