Packaging: All cuts are plastic wrap, vacuum sealed, or in chubs, and labeled. Harvested and packaged under USDA or State Inspection. All meat is flash-frozen to preserve freshness, quality, and flavor in your freezer for up to 2 years!

We draw from show-winning experience as well as intimate knowledge of the craft in order to raise the healthiest, highest-quality meat. Our beef comes from Braunvieh or Braunvieh cross cattle. This is an old dual purpose breed originating in Switzerland known for producing quality meat and milk in the high altitudes of the Swiss Alps.
